Roberta Chow

Roberta Chow is Partner and Head of the Retail and Consumer Practice.

Based in Toronto, she brings over 25 years of search experience in a wide range of industries to her clients.

Roberta began her career with an international provider of executive search services. Starting as an Associate, she was promoted to Principal and served in this role until 2004. Thereafter, she joined a global human resources consulting firm as Associate Vice President, where she was an integral member of the team that launched the firm’s executive search division.

Since joining Odgers in 2007, Roberta has been leading the Consumer and Retail Practice nationally, partnering with Tier 1, mid-sized and start-up organizations to identify and attract top talent critical to their ongoing growth and success.

Roberta holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario.
