Piia-Noora Kauppi is a Partner at the Helsinki office of Odgers.
Piia-Noora leads searches for Chairs, CEOs, CXOs and Non-Executive Directors across public and private companies as well as major public organisations.
Before joining Odgers, she served as Managing Director of Finance Finland. She is an experienced board professional, currently serving on the boards of Gofore Oyj, Tesi AIFM Oy and several foundations, and as Chair of the SOS Children's Village Foundation.
Earlier in her career Piia-Noora was a Member of the European Parliament. She was recognised as a WEF Young Global Leader and remains an active alumna.
Piia-Noora holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki. She has complemented her studies at Harvard and Yale universities.
