Jeff Marsh

Throughout his more than decade-long career in executive, professional, and interim search, Jeff has supported leaders to build their teams and businesses, partnering with scale-ups, private enterprises, public institutions, and a range of other organizations. Today, Jeff focuses on the scientific industries—Data Science, Technology, Industrial, Aerospace, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing—while also serving a number of not-for-profits. 

Outside of work Jeff is an active member of the community. He volunteers with the Daily Bread Food Bank and is a member of the Toronto Region Board of Trade’s Talent Advisory Committee. 

Jeff holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Toronto, with a double major in Fine Art History and Philosophy, along with a Certification in Human Resources Management from George Brown College.
