Luiz Wever

Luiz Wever is the Managing Director of Odgers' Sao Paulo office, Partner and Head of Consumer Products Practice.

He has over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, advising boards of directors and senior leadership teams on the identification and assessment of executives for strategic roles in both national and multinational companies. Throughout his career, he has led search and assessment projects aimed at strengthening leadership structures and executive succession processes.

He began his career in the corporate environment, where he held managerial and executive positions across both durable and non-durable consumer goods sectors, including tenures at Whirlpool Corporation and Tec Toy. In these organisations, he developed strong expertise in management, business development, and team leadership.

Luiz holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and a postgraduate qualification from Fundação Dom Cabral in partnership with INSEAD.
