José Lima

José Lima de Andrade Neto is an IBGC-certified board member with experience as President of BR Distribuidora and Petroquisa, as well as an executive in Human Resources and M&A.

He has served on the boards of more than ten companies, including Braskem and Liquigás.

He is an executive mentor at Fundação Dom Cabral, a corporate governance instructor at IBGC, and Chairman of the Board of Logum Logística.

José holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in the United States. He also holds an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC and completed a specialisation in Human Resources at INSEAD in France. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Bordeaux.

He has extensive experience in the training and development of professionals and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
