Michael Goulbourne

Michael is a Principal in the Financial Services Practice at Odgers, based in London.

Michael is responsible for delivering the full range of the firms’ services across the retail banking, consumer finance and insurance sectors in the UK and internationally.

He has over 15 years executive search experience, previously leading the insurance practice for a boutique board search firm and before that he spent 10 years with another leading global search firm. He has placed Chairs, NEDs and C-suite executives across commercial leadership, underwriting, claims and customer operations roles. Michael graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MA(Hons) in Psychology.
