Samantha Peloso


Samantha Peloso is a Consultant within Odgers’ Executive Search Practice.

Based in Montréal, she works in close collaboration with Odgers’ Partners across the country to recruit executive and senior-level talent, with the goal of building high-performing and diverse teams for employers across the industry spectrum.

Samantha joined Odgers with over three years of success as an executive recruitment consultant gained at a Montréal-based executive search firm. Working on a national scale, she interviewed and assessed leaders in a wide variety of industries, helping complete executive searches and recruiting assignments. Prior to that, she worked for a boutique recruitment firm focusing on the Montréal IT market.

Naturally curious with a customer first mindset, Samantha attended Concordia University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Human Relations. She is fluent in English and French.
