Ramona Kraft recruits HR leadership positions at Odgers with a focus on HR development, total reward, talent acquisition, employer branding, employment law and organizational development aspects within the HR function.

She has a large network in the field of Human Resources. With many years of experience in recruiting CHROs and top HR talent across all industries, she understands the importance of selecting candidates with the right cultural fit into an organisation.

Prior to her work in executive search, Ramona Kraft worked for pharmaceutical companies in Mexico, Youth for Understanding in Sweden, and Linnaeus University, focusing on project management, organization, and planning.

She holds a Master of Science in International Management, Finance and English from Linnaeus University in Sweden and has additionally studied in Germany and Mexico. Besides her native German, Ramona Kraft is fluent in English, Spanish and Swedish.
