Pascale ElHajj

Pascale El Hajj is a Senior Associate in Odgers’ Dubai office, supporting clients across the MENA region in appointing transformative senior executives.

She brings deep experience in executive search across the Aviation, Arts & Culture, Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, and Consumer sectors. Pascale combines sector knowledge with a strong understanding of the regional talent landscape, partnering closely with boards and senior leadership teams to deliver strategic hires; often in fast-evolving or high-growth environments.
 
Prior to joining Odgers, Pascale worked with a leading executive search firm in Lebanon, delivering senior-level assignments across the MENA and African markets. Her multicultural background and cross‑market experience allow her to navigate complex organisational needs and provide diverse, high‑calibre leadership solutions.
 
Pascale holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from the American University of Beirut, where she was enrolled in a fully funded scholarship through the USAID University Scholarship Program.
