Norman Nashed

Dr. Norman Nashed is a Partner in the Zurich office of Odgers, where he is a member of the Global Life Sciences Practice.

Before joining Odgers he worked with RSA on local and international executive search assignments. Prior to this, he held positions in the Life Sciences industry at Schering AG, Covance, Basilea, Novartis, and a Swiss biotech start-up company in Manufacturing, Sales, and global R&D Program Management roles. He has also managed a factory in South Korea and worked in South Africa in Marketing. He has been based in Switzerland since 2001. Norman holds a PharmD and PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology from the University of Strasbourg, has completed a Masters course in Regulatory Affairs for biopharmaceuticals, and is trilingual.
