Niklas Tygård is a Partner in Odgers' Stockholm office.
Niklas has spent most of his career in the Technology and Telecom sector.
Prior to joining Odgers in 2021, Niklas was the Group Head of Strategy for Ericsson. Previous roles include positions with the Nordic telecom operator Telia Company and a couple of years in smaller software start-ups.
Following his studies in Industrial Engineering and Management at Linköping Institute of Technology, Niklas started his career as a management consultant, working five years with McKinsey & Company based out of Stockholm and Toronto.
