Maria Kampp is PA to Partners Jens Beck and Michael Iversen and has been with Odgers since 2025.

Maria will act as the administrative project manager throughout the process and will be responsible for coordinating meetings and presentations.

She holds an educational background in Management and Organization and has experience in executive search as well as from various other industries.
