Julia Diakivnych

Julia is a Head of Research at Odgers Ukraine.

She is responsible for cooperation with international offices, team development and support, as well as overseeing internal processes. Additionally, she coordinates projects for the assessment of leaders and their teams in Ukraine and abroad, which include psychometric evaluation using the Hogan Assessment tool, sociometry, 360-degree assessment, and employee motivation survey.

Previously Julia worked at large international bank and was responsible for coordination of internal documentation and assistance to Supervisory and Management Boards. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Philology from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University and has international certification in psychometric assessment using the Hogan and Thomas PPA.
