Jane Lee

Jane brings with her over six years of experience in search, having worked in both contingent and retained environments.

Since beginning her executive search career in 2014, she has successfully placed senior leaders in leading blue-chip companies across life sciences, industrial, higher education, and consumer sectors. Jane recently rejoined Odgers, bringing with her valuable insights and additional experience gained from her tenure at a leading international search firm. In that role, she focused on the financial officers’ centre of excellence, demonstrating her expertise across multiple sectors.

Her previous professional experience includes hiring for technical consultants at a leading technology solution recruitment firm and contributing to  research efforts at a leading US based search firm.

Although Jane is Singaporean, her international outlook has been shaped by her experience living abroad in the United States and The Netherlands. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in philosophy.
