Ilky Zhou

Ilky Zhou is an Associate in the Shanghai office of Odgers where he focuses on search assignments primarily in the Manufacturing and Life Sciences/Healthcare sectors.

He has worked in the executive search industry for more than 5 years and is experienced in conducting and managing search assignments independently.

Prior to joining Odgers, he was a consultant with another search firm, where he has a good track record of many mid to senior level placements in the Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Real Estate and Healthcare industries. From a functional perspective, he has covered General Management, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources and Finance.

Ilky obtained his BA (Business Administration) degree from Shanghai Normal University.
