Gillian Powell

Gillian is a Consultant in the Healthcare Practice, based in Manchester. She focuses on delivering Executive and Non-Executive appointments in the NHS and across the wider health and social care sector.

She has worked on a number of high-profile searches for the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England and a range of regulatory bodies and, throughout her career in Executive Search, she has recruited high calibre senior-level individuals for a range of functional areas including finance, HR, operations and clinical.

With a background in research, Gillian previously worked for a boutique recruitment business specialising in the Intellectual Property sector before joining Odgers in 2007.

Gillian has a degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Leeds and the CIM Certificate in Marketing.
