Gaiana Chan

Gaiana Chan is a Consultant with Odgers, based in Toronto.

In this capacity, she collaborates closely with the national delivery team to uncover and assess executives for C-suite and leadership positions across various industries.

Before being appointed to this position, Gaiana served as a Researcher where she applied effective strategies to identify talent in alignment with the client organization’s objectives and requirements. She first joined Odgers as a Project Coordinator, where she used her strong organisational and coordination skills to successfully manage multiple executive search assignments. Prior to joining Odgers, Gaiana was a Research Associate with a boutique executive search firm, where she conducted in-depth research and analyses with the members of her team.

Gaiana earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University with a focus on psychology, sociology, and behavioural science.
