Conor Wilson

Conor is a Consultant and Head of our Schools Practice for the Middle East and North Africa

Based in the UAE, Conor has over ten years' experience in executive search with particular expertise in the global education sector. 

He has supported hundreds of educational organisations on their most strategic appointments, at both the board and senior executive level.

Before joining Odgers, Conor worked for a firm specialising in the appointment of non-executive directors. Prior to that, he established a global schools practice for a boutique executive search firm in London. 

He holds a first-class degree in History from Royal Holloway, University of London, and is a qualified teacher of English as an Additional Language.
