Participates in the execution of Executive Search projects, Assessment Centres aimed at the identification and development of talent, and Strategic Human Capital Consulting projects.

Catarina holds a Degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources, Work, and Organizational Psychology from the University of Lisbon.
