Rachel Poppleton

Rachel is an Associate in the CIO & Technology Officers Practice, where she plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality senior-level appointments across the Technology function.

With a broad remit spanning the full spectrum of technology leadership roles, Rachel partners closely with consultants to identify, engage, and support high-calibre candidates from the outset of each search, alongside delivering insights and market intelligence for clients. 

Rachel joined Odgers London office upon graduation from the University of Exeter, where she studied Geography.
