Before joining Odgers, Brittany built valuable client relationship experience in the banking and insurance sectors, where she honed her strong analytical, communication, organisational, and customer service skills. Her career began at TD Bank as a Lead Customer Experience Associate, progressing to the role of Personal Banker. Most recently, she served as an Associate Mortgage Underwriter at First National LP, actively contributing to the mortgage lending process and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Brittany enjoys engaging in a variety of creative activities and exploring new artistic pursuits. She cherishes time spent with family and friends and is actively involved in volunteer work, particularly with young children and those in need. She completed a Project Management Certification through the University of Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Science from York University.
