Sarah Lowndes Jones

Sarah is Head of the Not-for-Profit Practice, based in London. She specialises in appointments at Board and Senior Executive level across the Not-for-Profit sector in the UK and internationally.

Sarah leads on international development and NGO recruitment. Sarah has worked exclusively with the Not-for-Profit sector throughout her career and collaborates with colleagues across sectors to ensure access to the very best talent. Sarah graduated from University College London in 2002 with an Honours degree in French and Italian.

During her degree she studied at the Sorbonne, Paris and the University of Bologna. She also has a Masters degree in Arts Policy & Management from the University of London. Sarah has been an Independent Member of the Nominations Committee of St John Ambulance since 2011, supporting the Board in its Trustee recruitment and on matters of governance.
