Michael Proft is Partner at Odgers in Frankfurt and leads the global Industry Business & Professional Services.

Michael specialises in providing excellent candidates for Leadership roles and advisory services in fast changing environments, such as Consultancies, Finance, Industry, and Technology markets.

He has developed his functional expertise in servicing the  “CFO Agenda”, including Finance, Strategy, Controlling, Accounting, Compliance & Regulatory, Tax & Legal. Michael joined Odgers in 1995.

Having earned a degree in physics, he worked with a strategy and process consultancy and as CEO of an IT service provider. Michael’s professional commitment is to ensure win-win situations for clients and candidates. Outside work, he is interested in astrophysics and classic cars.
