Lucia Luque

Lucía Luque is a Researcher at Odgers Spain, where she contributes to the identification of executive talent and supports C-Level search processes at both national and international levels. Her work focuses on candidate mapping and sector analysis, helping connect organizations with strategic leaders.

She holds a Double Degree in Sociology and International Relations from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, 

Lucía has complemented her academic background with experience in international organizations such as the Council of Europe, participating in projects related to human rights and asylum.

Before joining Odgers, she worked as an Executive Search Consultant in the energy sector, where she was involved in executive search, profile analysis, and report preparation. Her strong command of English and analytical approach allow her to bring a global and rigorous perspective to every search project.

With a proactive attitude and strong social awareness, Lucía combines her international background with a strategic view of talent, contributing with great commitment and depth to every project.
