Hannah Peech

Hannah is a Partner and the Head of the Corporate Affairs and Communication Practice at Odgers, based in London.

Hannah has worked for the business since 2012. She spent four years in our Not for Profit Practice, managing CEO and Board recruitment, before moving on to lead our Communications and Corporate Affairs work. This includes Public Affairs, Investor Relations, and Sustainability (when reporting into Corporate Affairs), where she operates as a functional specialist in close partnership with our industry-focused practices.

Hannah co-chairs our Global Corporate Affairs Practice, working alongside specialist teams in Dubai, Washington, Brussels, and Australia.

Prior to joining Odgers, Hannah worked at a boutique marketing and communications recruitment firm. She holds a joint honours degree in Theology and English and is qualified through the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

Hannah also chairs Odgers’ Religion, Faith and Spirituality Allies Group.
