Damian Ringwood

Damian is a Partner of Odgers in Ireland and a former Managing Partner of the firm.

He leads the Financial Services Practice and the Board Practice and has extensive experience across other sectors such as professional services, semi-state, healthcare, and Industrial. Damian specialises in Executive and Non-Executive Search. Damian has extensive experience in Board and CEO level search together with their direct reports.

Damian’s technical expertise lies in his ability to assess talent through in-depth interviewing and be a trusted adviser to the clients in all aspects of the search. With a strong background in strategy, finance and business transformation, Damian is well positioned to contextualise senior roles for candidates and evaluate their potential and fit. Damian has previously held senior strategy consulting positions with EY London (Director), Prospectus Strategy Consultants (Director) and BearingPoint (Managing Director). He began his career with the Smurfit Kappa Group.

Damian holds a first-class Masters in Business Strategy from NUIG and a BSc (Hons) in Management from Trinity College, Dublin.
