Araminta Gripper

Araminta is a Consultant in the CFO Practice at Odgers, based in London.

She has over 12 years of experience in executive search and specialises in recruiting Group CFOs and their leadership teams for a diverse range of organisations, including FTSE 100 companies and private equity-backed businesses.

Prior to joining Odgers, Araminta worked at two international executive search firms, where she developed a strong track record in placing senior finance professionals and identifying developing finance talent. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Durham University.
