Alex Lambert

Alex Lambert is a Consultant within the Industrial Practice at Odgers London, specialising in commercial, operational and general management roles across manufacturing and industrial services.

He focuses on Capital Equipment, Engineered Products and Industrial Technologies, Building Materials, Automotive, Process Industries, Mining & Metals and increasingly supports organisations leading on Energy Transition (EV/EV Charging and related Clean Technologies for Mobility and the Built Environment)

He has more than 15 years’ experience in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory and has led assignments for clients across the globe acting as a trusted advisor to Board and Senior Executives in Public, Private and Private Equity backed companies of various size and scale from small early-stage entities to large, highly matrixed global organisations. He provides a truly international perspective.

Prior to joining Odgers, Alex was at a publicly traded global organisational consulting firm as well as a large, retained search and leadership advisory boutique supporting senior leaders in the same industry sectors.

Alex has a BA (Hons) in History & Archaeology from the University of Southampton.
