Thomas Hancock

Tom Hancock is a Consultant in Odgers' CFO & Board Practice, based in London.

Tom joined Odgers in 2023. His primary focus is supporting the appointment of CFOs and Finance Directors CFOs across Financial Services. He also focuses on continuing to develop our network amongst the up-and-coming talent in the finance, risk and compliance function(s) across the Financial Services landscape.

Prior to joining Odgers, Tom was a part of the Financial Officers practice within two leading international executive search and leadership advisory firms.

Tom graduated from Loughborough University with a BA (Hons) in Information Management and Business Studies.
