We believe in making our web site's information and functionality equally available to all visitors.

Odgers is committed to providing a website that is accessible, inclusive and easy to use for all visitors. We believe everyone should be able to access information about our services without unnecessary barriers.

We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of the IRG Advisors LLP (Odgers and Odgers Interim) website ("the Site") and the digital experiences we provide.

General Description of Our Services

Odgers provides executive search, leadership advisory and interim management services to organisations across a wide range of sectors. We help clients identify, attract and develop exceptional leaders, while supporting individuals and organisations through important leadership and talent decisions.

Our services are delivered through a combination of digital platforms, online communications and direct engagement with clients, candidates and other stakeholders.

How Our Services Work

We work with organisations to identify and secure senior leaders, executives and specialist talent, and provide advisory services that support leadership effectiveness and organisational performance. Through our website, visitors can learn about our services, explore career opportunities, access thought leadership content and contact our teams.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Accessibility and inclusion are important to us. We are committed to ensuring that as many people as possible can access and use our website effectively, including people with disabilities and those who rely on assistive technologies.

Our website team regularly review the accessibility of the Site and seek opportunities to improve the user experience. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are committed to continually enhancing our digital services to better serve all visitors.

Design of the Website and Digital Services

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) provide internationally recognised standards for digital accessibility. We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a guiding framework when designing, developing, reviewing and maintaining our website and digital content – and while accessibility requirements apply differently to private and public sector organisations, we are committed to providing an inclusive online experience and promoting equal access to information and services wherever reasonably possible.

Content published on the Site is designed, edited and published in good faith with regard to WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidance, with the aim of making information clear, accessible and usable for a broad range of audiences.

As technologies, accessibility standards and user needs continue to evolve, some areas of the Site may not yet fully meet every aspect of the guidelines. We are committed to identifying and addressing issues as part of our ongoing programme of review and improvement.

Feedback and Contact Information

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and digital services. If you experience difficulty accessing our content or require information in an alternative format, please contact us.
