Sigrid Nygaard Johansen

Sigrid Nygaard Johansen is a partner at Odgers’ Copenhagen office, where she works with executive search and business culture reviews, primarily within technology, fintech, and logistics.

Sigrid Nygaard Johansen is a partner at Odgers' office in Copenhagen, working with leadership recruitment and organizational culture reviews, primarily within technology, fintech, and logistics. She also works on board recruitment and board evaluations, and is part of Odgers’ Global Tech Practice.

Sigrid has more than 20 years of experience nationally as well as internationally from the IT industry at all levels, including C-level with P&L responsibility. She has also worked as a leadership development consultant with a sharpened focus on culture, change management and leadership talent development. Among other things, she is also a certified cognitive coach from University of Essex in London and has practised as a coach for business leaders for many years.

Prior to her career at Odgers, Sigrid has worked at companies such as IBM, Lenovo, BMC and Egiss. Most recently, she was the CCO of the Luxembourg-based company Kneip. In addition to her long career in the IT industry, Sigrid has worked 10 years within shipping and logistics in Denmark as well as abroad.

Sigrid also has experience as a board member and has most recently completed the CBS board leadership programme. Sigrid has also been active in motivating female leaders in the technology industry. She has created and delivered several female leadership trainings for the Danish IT Association (ITB) and mentored many female talents over the past 10 years.

Sigrid has been with Odgers since 2021.
