Mariana Reis is a Senior Consultant at Odgers' Lisbon office.

Currently focuses on strategic human capital consulting projects, on topics such as Talent Strategy, Leadership and Team Development and Organisation and Culture Transformation.

Previously integrated an IT & Services Consulting company and was responsible for executing Recruitment & Selection processes in the IT area.

Mariana completed her Degree in International Business Administration at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
