Kian Ringwood

Kian Ringwood is an Engagement Manager at Odgers, where he plays a leading role in placing candidates across the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices sectors.

Prior to relocating to North America, Kian built his professional experience with a four-year tenure at Odgers in his home country, Ireland. During this period, he developed a deep understanding of various sectors, including Financial Services, Professional Services, Technology, and Sports. He subsequently spent two years as an Associate and Senior Associate in the United States & Canada, focusing on Life Sciences, Renewable Energy, Financial Services, Professional Services, and Technology clients. Since 2024, Kian’s focus has coalesced exclusively towards engagements within the Life Sciences sector, and he currently works closely with clients to develop strategy and facilitate delivery for executive search & human capital advisory assignments.

Kian is a graduate of University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law, majoring in Law with a minor in Economics. He also holds an active designation of Qualified Financial Advisor with the Institute of Banking in Ireland and is a Google-certified data analyst.
