How to Apply

Phase 1: Applying for CEOx1Day (Application Form)

Eligible* students must complete and submit an online application, which will be reviewed by executive search experts at Odgers.

The application form will ask you for:

• Background information
• Questions highlighting your thoughts on leadership

Evaluation: Applications will be evaluated on the breadth of relevant work, volunteer or extra-curricular experience, and the quality of your written answers.

Applications Open: June 1st 2026

Deadline: Applications close July 1st 2026

Application time: approx. 1 hour

*Eligibility: The programme is open to students from studying at University Luxembourg, Luxembourg School of Business (LSB) and ESSCA School of Management (Luxembourg & Paris). Applicants must be available to come to our Luxembourg office.

Phase 2: Interview

Applicants will be invited to an interview session at Odgers’ office in Luxembourg, mirroring a real-life search process. This includes a one-on-one interview and the opportunity to network with Odgers’ team of executive search experts.

Interviews take place in July & August 2026
