Michelle Hopp

Michelle Hopp is a Project Manager within Odgers’ Private Sector Practice.

Based in Toronto, she is responsible for end-to-end project management, collaborating closely with clients, candidates, and internal project teams. Passionate about exceeding client expectations, Michelle leverages her exceptional organisational skills and in-depth knowledge of the executive search process to ensure the successful outcome of every project.

Since joining Odgers in 2008, Michelle has provided invaluable coordination and project management support for hundreds of executive-level and Board Director searches across Canada.

Michelle holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from York University.
