What Attracted You To The Role?
I think it’s the combination of high-tech positioning on one hand and longstanding heritage on the other. The challenge, as well as the opportunity, is how to bring these two extremes together and make the company an even more successful global business.
What Are Your Ambitions For Your Role?
We’re on a journey toward profitable growth, built on stronger global collaboration across all the regions where we operate. It starts with a clear focus on customer requirements and making better use of the capabilities and expertise we already have.
Ultimately, it all leads to customer success because when our customers succeed, this drives sustainable, profitable growth.
Another key element is developing a truly global team. Historically, we have worked more regionally. My ambition is to build a much stronger, more integrated global organisation.
