Coaching for Executive Transitions
Delivered by certified executive coaches with deep corporate experience, our approach supports leaders through:
- Upfront profiling and/or 360 feedback to bring insight and self-awareness, identify areas for focus and framing the executive's goals and desired outcomes.
- Regular coaching sessions, which can be augmented by in-situ observations.
- Timely check-ins with key stakeholders and impact surveys to determine progress and reset coaching goals.
We draw on our global cadre of executive coaches, trusted advisers with experience of corporate settings, appropriate certifications and equipped with appropriate tools, approaches and best-practice methodologies. Executives can interview two or three coaches before engaging in 90-120 minutes interventions. Sessions can range from two focused on specific issues, four to enhance impact, six to support onboarding and longer periods to address deeper issues and/or evolving challenges.
