  3. Meeting with leadership experts for exploratory interviews who deliver detailed reports which support the creation of development or onboarding plans and clearly answer the questions to support decisions: 
    1. Are they ready to deliver the future mandate associated with a new role? 
    2. Do they have potential to develop – and into which roles and when? 

This in-depth insight answers critical questions for Chief Executives, Chief People Officers and boards which mitigates the risks of mis-investments or appointments.
