Xavier Thomason

Xavier is a Senior Researcher in the Global Sports, Gaming, Media & Corporate Affairs Practice, based in Odgers' London office.

A keen gamer himself, Xavier specialises in this space, focussing on C-level searches across all functions for clients in Video Gaming and iGaming across the globe.

Xavier grew up in Asia, being no stranger to the global and cross-cultural mandates of the sector. He is also a keen driver of AI within the business, presenting on the subject at the Odgers Annual International Researcher Conference.

Prior to joining Odgers, Xavier worked as an executive search researcher in a public sector search firm, focussing on c-suite academic appointments in UK institutions, following a degree in Philosophy at UCL.
