Rosanne brings more than fifteen years of experience across both consultancy and industry. She held senior leadership roles at an international staffing organisation, where she was ultimately responsible for the Banking & Financial Services practice in the Netherlands. Earlier in her career, as Manager Operations at SeatMe/IENS (now Tripadvisor), she experienced the transition from start‑up to multinational first‑hand. This background gives her a broad and realistic perspective on business dynamics, leadership and governance.
