Peter Goethuys

Peter is a Partner in the Global Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice at Odgers, based in the Zurich area, Switzerland.

He joined the firm in 2025 from another global executive search firm, where he led C-suite searches - including CEO roles - for large and mid-sized biopharma companies, biotech firms and private equity clients across Switzerland and Western Europe. He also advised companies on succession planning, talent assessment and development.

Before moving into executive search, Peter spent 30 years in corporate leadership as Chief Talent Officer and Global HR Leader at Sanofi, Novartis, and Unilever.

He holds a Master’s in Applied Economics from the University of Leuven (1989) and a Master’s in Coaching & Managing Change from INSEAD (2004).
