Lily Russell

Lily is a Consultant within the Technology Practice based in London. She specialises in senior interim and technical appointments across IT Services and Digital Infrastructure in the UK and Europe.

Lily is also an active member of the firm’s Allies Committee, contributing to events and thought leadership initiatives focused on diversity, equity and inclusion.

Prior to joining Odgers, Lily led teams across West London and Middlesex, before progressing to oversee interim senior CFO appointments across the UK and Ireland.

Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of London.
