Carlos Rojas True

Senior Executive with over 25 years of experience in talent development, cultural transformation, and implementing strategies that place human capital at the core of business in multinational companies (mainly in the mining sector) and government organizations.

Carlos is an economist from PUCP, has Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Direction from the International University of La Rioja, and has specialized in Human Resources Management, Adaptive Leadership, and Financial Management. He is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Master's program in Organization and People Management at ESAN, and is teaching in the Human Talent Management Diploma Program at the Lima Chamber of Commerce. Since 2024, he is a member of the International Organization of Human Capital Executives (DCH).

He has been President and Director of the Peruvian Association of Human Resources and Peru’s representative to the Inter-American Federation of Human Resources Associations (FIDAGH). He was recognized as the N° 1 HR Influencer in the Groundbreaker category by Gointegro in 2023 and 2024.
