Andy Wright

Andy leads the Interim Technology Practice and supports technology businesses as they scale, transform and manage critical change. He is based in London and Manchester.

He works with high-growth scaleups, PE-backed companies and listed organisations, drawing on more than 15 years of leadership hiring experience.

He advises clients across the full spectrum of senior roles, including CEO, C-suite and specialist positions in finance, HR, commercial, marketing, technology and product. His work within the Technology Practice focuses on enabling tech organisations to deliver outcomes with timely and high-quality interim talent.

Alongside his client work, Andy curates quarterly events for technology leaders and hosts Secrets to Scaling, an interview series with CEOs on building and growing successful businesses. He holds a BA in Hispanic Studies from the University of Sheffield.
