Together with the jury of the Women’s Board Award, Odgers Denmark identifies and nominates outstanding candidates for the Women’s Board Award 2026.

About Women’s Board Award

Women’s Board Award celebrates and promotes highly qualified female talent with the potential to take on board leadership roles in Denmark’s most influential companies. The initiative aims to challenge the continued underrepresentation of women in boardrooms and increase visibility of the strong pipeline of female candidates.

Despite growing focus on diversity, women still hold a minority of board positions, and many boards remain gender homogeneous. Women’s Board Award addresses this by identifying and showcasing women ready for board and chair roles, while encouraging organisations to broaden their perspective on leadership.

Through highlighting role models and creating a positive platform for dialogue and action, the award contributes to advancing diversity, equality and inclusion at the highest levels of business—and demonstrates that diverse leadership is a strategic necessity in a complex and evolving business environment.
