Linda Kearschner

Linda is a member of Odgers' Industrial Practice.

Drawing on over two decades of experience in recruitment, organizational analysis, and leadership development, she works across the Transportation & Infrastructure, Family Owned Enterprises, and Aerospace, Defense & Security sectors.

Prior to joining Odgers, Linda founded and served as Executive Director of Intelligentsia Research, a retained search and research boutique. Earlier in her career, she was Director of Research at Horton International, where she led the firm’s proprietary research function from its Tampa, Florida office.

Linda holds a degree from the University of South Florida, where she majored in Business Administration and Marketing. She is active in several industry networking organizations and, as a past President of the Florida Parent Teacher Association, remains actively engaged in advocating for the education and well-being of children.
