Drawing on her experience as an executive and board member across start-ups, scale-ups and listed organisations in the life sciences sector, she helps organisations translate mission and strategy into leadership architecture, governance and team composition that drive measurable impact. She combines board-level advisory, rigorous leadership assessment and executive search with a data-driven approach focused on team effectiveness, stakeholder alignment and diversity & inclusion.

Angela also partners with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms to drive value creation in their portfolio companies. She brings deep experience with high-growth environments and understands how leadership accelerates scaling and transformation.

Angela holds a Master of Science in Health and Policy/Administration Management. She lived and worked in Poland for several years. Outside of work, she is active and community-minded. From 2019 to 2023, she served as President of the Board of the Noordwijkse Golf Club. She lives in Noordwijk with her wife and two children.
