Thembani Mavundla

Thembani is a Research Associate at Odgers Sub-Saharan Africa.

Thembani joined affiliate company, Appoint Talent in 2016 as a Research Associate delivering contemporary recruitment and selection solutions working alongside the consulting team on key appointments across a broad range of industries. In 2024, Thembani joined the Odgers Research team where she supports the delivery of executive search projects in a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, retail and consumer, pharmaceutical as well as industrial sectors. 

Thembani holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
