She supports assignments across banking, insurance, asset and wealth management, and related financial services markets. In addition to covering Singapore and Southeast Asia clients, she delivers successful search outcomes in the APAC region and beyond. She takes the lead on industry mapping, approach & assessment of potential candidates manages the delivery of executive projects and provides market intelligence to our clients.

Prior to Odgers, Vrushali was with Research Led Sourcing provider for over nine years where she worked across Financial, Technology, Retail and Entertainment providing Research and Sourcing, Talent Intelligence & Insights.
