Varun Chauhan

Varun Chauhan is an Associate with Odgers, based in New Delhi.

He is a member of the firm’s Technology and Industrial practice, specialising in leadership hiring and bringing over a decade of experience.

Most recently, Varun worked with a leading Indian executive search firm where he worked as a Consultant, responsible for end-to-end delivery of leadership search mandates across sectors. Prior to that, Varun worked as a Research Associate in the Consumer Markets practice for over two years with a global executive search firm. As part of this role, he provided research support to worldwide offices and worked across multiple sectors such as Consumer, Leadership Consulting, Industrial and Education. Varun began his career in 2014 with an American multinational company that focused on search engine technology. 

Varun holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
